Ô ma Mère, Très Sainte-Vierge Marie, je me consacre totalement à Ta Grâce et à Ta Miséricorde inexprimable maintenant et pour toujours, et tout particulièrement à l'heure de ma mort. À Toi je donne mon âme et mon corps, toute mon espérance et toute ma joie, toutes mes souffrances et mes malheurs. Je remets ma vie et sa fin en Tes mains très Saintes afin que, par Tes mérites, toutes mes œuvres et mes actions soient ordonnées et accordées à Ton Saint Vouloir et à la Volonté de Ton Fils Bien-Aimé. Amen.

O mano Motina, Švenčiausioji Mergele Marija, aš visiškai atsiduodu Tavo malonei ir neapsakomam gailestingumui šiandien ir visados, o labiausiai mirties valandoje. Tau pavedu savo sielą ir kūną, visą viltį ir džiaugsmą, visas savo kančias ir nelaimes ! Gyvenimą ir jo pabaigą į šventąsias Tavo rankas atiduodu, kad per Tavo nuopelnus visi mano darbai ir veiksmai būtų sutvarkyti ir sutaikyti pagal Tavo šventą norą ir mieliausiojo Tavo Sūnaus valią ! To thee do I dedicate my body and soul, all my happiness and hope, all my sorrows and sufferings ! I offer my life and the end of my life to Thy holy hands so that through Thy merits all my deeds and acts go according to Thy holy will and according to the will of Thy sweetest Son ! Amen.

O meine Mutter, Allerheiligste Jungfrau Maria, Deiner Gnade und Deiner unsagbaren Barmherzigkeit bringe ich mich ganz dar heute und immer, und besonders in der Stunde meines Todes. Dir weihe ich meine Seele und mein Leib, die ganze Hoffnung und Freude, alle meine Leiden und Nöten ! Mein Leben und sein Ende lege ich in Deine heilige Hände, damit all mein Tun und Treiben nach Deinem heiligen Wunsch und dem Willen Deines liebsten Sohnes richtiggemacht und geordnet wäre ! Amen.

A te consegno il mio corpo e la mia anima, tutta la speranza e la gioia, tutte le mie sofferenze e le mie sventure ! Pongo nelle Tue sante mani la vita e la sua fine, affinché attraverso la Tua benevolenza tutte le mie opere ed azioni siano ordinate e conformi al Tuo santo desiderio e alla volontà del Tuo dolcissimo Figlio !
