"Et toi, Faustyna, don de Dieu à notre temps, don de la terre de Pologne à toute l'Église, obtiens-nous de percevoir la profondeur de la Miséricorde Divine, aide-nous à en faire l'expérience vivante et à en témoigner à nos frères. Que ton message de lumière et d'Espérance se diffuse dans le monde entier, pousse les pécheurs à la conversion, dissipe les rivalités et les haines, incite les hommes et les nations à la pratique de la fraternité. Aujourd'hui, en tournant le regard avec toi vers le visage du Christ Ressuscité, nous faisons nôtre ta prière d'abandon confiant et nous disons avec une ferme Espérance : Jésus, j'ai confiance en Toi !"

Ô Jésus, Toi qui as fait de Sainte-Faustine une grande apôtre de Ta Miséricorde infinie, daigne m’accorder par son intercession, et si cela est conforme à Ta Volonté très Sainte, la Grâce que je sollicite... Moi, pécheur, je ne suis pas digne de Ta Miséricorde, mais regarde l’esprit de sacrifice et de dévouement de Sœur Faustine et récompense sa vertu en exauçant la prière que je fais monter vers Toi avec confiance.

Notre Père..., Je Vous salue Marie..., Gloire au Père...

O Jesus, You inspired Saint Faustina with profound veneration for Your boundless Mercy. Grant me through her intercession, if it be Your holy will, the grace ...for which I fervently pray. My sins render me unworthy of Your Mercy, but be mindful of Saint Faustina's spirit of sacrifice and self-denial, and reward her virtue by granting the petition which, with childlike confidence, I present to You through her intercession.

the Holy Father John Paul II 

And you, Faustina, a gift of God to our time, a gift from the land of Poland to the whole Church, obtain for us an awareness of the depth of Divine Mercy; help us to have a living experience of it and to bear witness to it among our brothers and sisters. May your message of light and hope spread throughout the world, spurring sinners to conversion, calming rivalries and hatered, and opening individuals and nations to the practice of brotherhood. Today, fixing our gaze with you on the Face of the Risen Christ, let us make our own your prayer of trusting abandonement and say with firm hope: "Jesus, I trust in You!".
